Creating a new customer account

This functionality is only available to staff members with Sana manager accounts.
  1. Log into your already authorised Sana account at www.claygate.co.uk/admin
  2. Select the customers dropdown menu in the left pane and click "Shop accounts"
  3. Click on the down arrow next to search to expand the search box
  4. Using the account number provided in the sign-up email, search for the customer
  5. If the email address the customer wants to use is not in the list, click the "Add new shop account" button above the search box
  6. Complete the required fields, if the customer is a national (Travis, City, Plumbase, Jewsons, UKPS) then ensure they CANNOT order products online by ticking the disable ordering field.
  7. Once all the required fields and sliders have been set, click the dropdown next to save changes, click "Save changes & send confirmation email"
