Stuck ticket due to no stock in a bin

If a ticket is stuck in the warehouse because there isn't the right amount of stock in the correct bin, follow these steps to resolve it:

  1. Find the ticket in question and navigate to the pick
  2. Delete the pick and set the ticket to open
  3. Move the stock from the bins by doing a bin movement, then post the journal
  4. Go back to the shipment
  5. Click process along the top, click on create pick and toggle print
  6. You will now be able to pick lines and register the pick
